Good evening,

This email contains info for our swimmers participating in Silver champs this Saturday. I am sending it to everyone so you know that you are all invited to come cheer on our swimmers if you are available. 

I have attached the meet announcement again and the list of entries. You will not be able to see the events on SwimTopia because of the nature of how I had to enter events.

Please refer to Brookside's website with updated information or questions about the meet.

Warm Up: We will not know our specific warm up time until Brookside finalizes the entries and splits up the warm up sessions. As of now, please plan to be there by 7:00am for a 7:15am warm up. The meet starts at 8:30am.

Parking: Parking will be limited and carpooling is encouraged. Handicapped parking is also available upon request. All other parking will be at Willow Lane Elementary School and a complimentary shuttle to Brookside will be available. Please see the map at the bottom of this email.

Cash-Only Transactions: The $5 admission fee for spectators and all concessions are CASH ONLY.

Volunteer Coordination: As you know, volunteer support is crucial to a successful swim meet. Please use this sign up genius link (not SwimTopia) to volunteer. We need to supply 3 volunteers from our team. ABE League: Silver Champs Volunteers

Theme: The theme is "Set Sail for Silvers." Feel free to dress up or bring nautical decor for our tent!

Tents for Team Areas: If anyone wants to drop off our team's pop-up tent for our team area early, we can bring it to the BCC pool on Friday, July 19 between 6 and 7pm. If not, someone can take it on Saturday.

Communication: In the event of inclement weather, updates from BCC will be sent to coaches and I will relay to all of you.
