Hi Swim Team Families!

Here are a few notes for anyone who was not at the team meeting on Friday!

1. Pictures will take place JULY 10TH during practice times. The team picture will be at approximately 10:30, so please attend, even if you will not be ordering photos. More details will be coming soon, but we are going to be using Ashley Rampulla Photography for a change this year! If you look her up on social media, you will see some of her amazing work! We will be doing an abbreviated session, rather than a full media day, but she will be available to take small group or partner pictures when the individual photos are completed. Any photos ordered will ship direct to you and I will send you a link prior to July 10th so you can pre-order with free shipping. 

2. Mark your calendars for our team picnic on July 18th! We will plan to set up at 5 and  begin the party at 5:30. Stay tuned for more details, but we would love for you to take photos during the season and send them to Kenzie for our end of season slide show! You can email photos as you get them to [email protected]

3. Don't forget to sign up for volunteer jobs at each meet this season. We can't run our meets without volunteers from both teams and we have set the points requirement at 10 per family, which is very doable! Most of all, volunteering is fun, a great way to connect with other families, and EASY! If you aren't sure where to start, don't hesitate to ask a coach or one of our parent reps, Courtney Copeland or Yaritza Rivera. Any training needed can be done the day of the meet, so don't worry if you haven't done a particular assignment before.
