Team Party Details - PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM!

Thanks to a generous donor, we will have pizzas donated for the team party. We are planning for approximately one slice per person, so please RSVP by July 14th to be counted in the head count for the party and pizza. We are asking each family to bring a dessert or side to share.

The party begins at 5:30 and we will be starting team awards and celebrations after dinner time around 6:30/45 followed by a brief swim for the kiddos and we will wrap up with a slide show and conclude the evening around 9pm. Families and swimmers are encouraged to dress up, but swimmers should bring or wear a suit.

Previously, we have collected money for a team gift, but this year we are encouraging families to give personal coach gift(s) from your family, rather than a generic gift from the team. Especially in situations where certain coaches have worked closely with your child(ren) or helped them to improve over the course of the season, this is a great way to show your appreciation individually and thank them for their time working with your swimmers! This is not a requirement, but even a note and/or a small gift card or something such as that, would be meaningful to say "thank you" to coaches you really appreciate and have worked closely with your kiddos!

If you are not familiar with every coach, here is our list - Head Swim Coach - Sydney Platt, Assistant Swim Coaches - Emily Palmieri, Kenzie Platt, Junior Swim Coaches - Quinn Conway, Farrah Hahn, Juliana Herrera, Ruby Palmieri, Diving Coach - Brielle Denton, Diving Assistant Coach - CJ Denton

One of our amazing coaches, Kenzie, is again willing to coordinate a slide show for us to show at the party! Please email photos as you get them to [email protected], with all photos being sent by July 15th!

Please RSVP on Swimtopia if you will be attending the team party by Sunday, July 14th so we can plan for pizza and team awards!

Photos are Friday, July 10th, during practice times! 10 and unders should come for photos during the 9:30 practice time and 11 and overs will have photos following their practice at 10:30. ALL swimmers will be part of the team photo at 10:30, so please be sure to arrive by 10:15, whether you plan your take individual photos or not!

We plan to utilize the pool/grounds and in the event of rain, she will set up in one of the locker rooms. Each swimmer can take individual photos as well as pair with siblings and friend groups or buddies with remaining time after all individual photos are taken.

If you prepay for a package worth $50 or more before photos are published, you get free shipping for any physical photo orders. Once photos are released, you will choose the ones you’d like printed and can mix and match poses if you purchased a package.

Any additional questions- ask Courtney Copeland!
