Based on the voting, we are going to do the team party on Sunday, July 27th. Please keep in mind that this is a day set aside as the rain date for champs. In the circumstance that we do have a session of champs that day, we would still plan to host the party that evening.

We are asking each family to contribute $15 and we will order pizzas from Costco and pick up desserts, to keep it simple. Each family should bring a side dish to share to go with the pizza (fruit, salad, veggies and dip, pasta, etc...). IF YOUR FAMILY WILL NEED A SECOND PIZZA, please add an additional $10 to cover that.

Money for the party can be given to Courtney Copeland or Venmo to Yaritza Rivera (@Yaritza-Rivera-7), and THANK YOU to Yaritza for handling the pizza/dessert for the party!

Please RSVP on Swimtopia if you will be attending the team party by Wednesday, July 22nd so we can order the pizzas and plan the order in advance.

Friday evening will be 8 & under and Crescendo Relays, Saturday morning will be 13 & overs and Saturday afternoon will be 9-10 and 11-12 year olds. No matter what position you sign up for you we will have floaters available so you can watch your child swim. We will identify a schedule to relieve people during their child's events so that you can watch and cheer them on. Thank you for volunteering!!

This is a Westwood tradition to encourage and cheer on our swimmers for Silvers and Champs! Sign up to have your house decorated for your swimmer and  pick a night to help decorate other swimmers' houses before their event also. Your house will not be decorated unless you sign up. 

If your house is being decorated, we also ask that you please sign up to help decorate someone else's house! Decorations are plentiful and inexpensive at the dollar store and Hobby Lobby and we will have recognition posters at Westwood to pick up. You supply the balloons, streamers, chalk for the driveway, and anything else creative you'd like to add! We also typically leave a little gift bag with a snack and/or candy treat and a gatorade or similar drink for the swimmer(s).

When you RSVP, please also double check in Swimtopia that we have the correct address to share with the families that will decorate your house. Last year we had a few errors and the homes were hard to find. Check in with Courtney Copeland during practice if you have questions/concerns.
